The three of us ordered a beer-
battered fillet, two crumbed
fillets, a hotdog, a fish burger
and doughnut -- $35 all up.
A steady stream of customers
was keeping the cart busy, but
we did not have to wait too long.
Our goodies were wrapped in
greaseproof paper and it was
great to see grease did not leak
all over the wrapping.

all over the show, so we piled
into the car and headed home to
eat our dinner.
The parcel of food smelled
heavenly and our mouths were
watering by the time we reached
our destination. The chips were
crunchy and the beer batter was
crisp and light, without being
full of oil.
We all agreed the fish was
succulent and some of the best
around, though the fillets could
have been a tad bigger. Perhaps
we were just being greedy.
The fishburger was made with
real fish rather than a recon-
stituted patty and came with
fresh, crispy coleslaw.

What a shame the weather

would have been the perfect end
to the day.
